Walking as a free child of God, Fire Wife, Board Certified Mental Health Coach, mother and experienced RN, Coach Bridget wanted to help other women walk in their freedom as well. She is a joyful, ambitious and resilient woman. She is the founder of In the Light, LLC, including one on one coaching and a community of support.
Coach Bridget serves women in need of hope, encourages them to be the best version of themselves and helps them obtain the freedom that is theirs through healthy habits and a biblical perspective.
