Our support group is a safe, structured, and supportive space for individuals living with mental health challenges as well as their loved ones. We walk alongside one another on the journey toward healing and hope. Guided by The Tenets created by Fresh Hope, our time together includes a weekly check-in, focused discussion, and prayer, all within a framework that encourages personal growth, faith, and mutual support.
