    Estoy aquí, pensando que puedo publicar, algo como todos ustedes han dicho, pero en pocas palabras quiero decir que he encontrado un lugar seguro al poder hacer este curso, he podido tener escuchar al escucha más excepcional del mundo, a Dios.

    El hacer este curso me ha demostrado el amor de Dios y que conoce mis dolores y sufrimientos más que nadie. Cada página leída ha sido una terapia para mí, el escucharlos también. Gracias Fresh Hope por aceptarme y enseñarme a cómo ayudar a los quebrantados de corazón.

There is hope.

We provide those who feel hopeless a safe place to process their pain and experience faith-filled hope that is modeled, shared and offered through support groups, trainings, coaching and many other resources created and led by peers who are living well despite their mental health challenge. This bridges the gap between a person’s diagnosis and living well in spite of it. Our approach is based on seven principles of mental health recovery and more than 25 years of clinical research on hope — And it works!
