About Katie R. Dale
Katie Dale is the author of a memoir chronicling her episodes in psychiatric hospitalizations while reconciling her faith with her lifelong diagnosis. She has served as a caseworker at an outpatient clinic, on the boards of multiple mental health nonprofits, and as coordinator of the National Shattering Silence Coalition.
In addition to her advocacy work, her other callings in life include wife to hero in uniform, Chris, and mom to Jaxon in heaven and Kylie at home. When she’s not chasing her dreams and her 3- year old, she’s creatively expressing herself in artwork and music. She and her family reside wherever the USAF sends them.
