Fresh Hope is a network of Christian mental health support groups for those who have a mental health diagnosis along with their loved ones. We currently offer two online meetings. You may choose to attend weekly, biweekly, or monthly; whatever works best for you.
You may choose to attend weekly, biweekly, or monthly; whatever works best for you.

In order to participate in our online Fresh Hope group meetings, you must complete a one-time registration.

Online meetings may be limited in size to ensure everyone has opportunity to participate. This is determined by the facilitator. We encourage you to log in 1-3 minutes prior to the meeting to ensure your ‘spot’.

We use Zoom as the platform for our meetings online. Prior to your first meeting, you will need to set up an account. If you will be using a device (tablet or phone) you will be asked to download the app. If using a computer, you will need microphone, camera, and speaker capabilities. Go to Zoom.us now to set that up, or allow at least 5 extra minutes before our first meeting.

What Your Gift Can Do for
Offering Hope to the Hopeless

For every 32 cents given, we are able to offer hope for a week to one person who has a mental health challenge.

For every $16.64 given annually, we are able to offer hope for one year to one person.

Any amount you are able to give will help bring hope to those who desperately need it.
