About Mrs. Bridget Lynch

I am a child of God that has walked the path of healing after overcoming fears, rejections, and anxieties from years of trauma and abuse, and I want to help others do the same.

We are not what happened to us, we are sons and daughters of the King of kings. We are chosen, called, accepted, beloved, cherished, loved, equipped, and so much more! You don't have to walk alone through your healing journey when you join a community. You get to come together in a safe and secure place, receiving the prayers and support you need as you heal. It took me years to heal from my past, and I want you to know that it's ok if it takes you time too. Healing is a process, uncovering layers one at a time, sometimes multiple times, and it doesn't happen overnight. We want to come alongside you to help you see your identity in Christ and see who you truly are - healed and whole in Christ!

Into the Light

Bringing our traumas and other trials into the light allows God to overcome them by the Spirit. Darkness wants to keep you there, not knowing which way to turn, making you stumble. But the Light, He wants to surround you, heal you, love you, envelope you, lift you, counsel you, guide you, protect you, etc. When we know that our identity in Christ alone is the only way to overcome our battles, then we suit up, with the word, and wage war against the enemy of our souls to take back that which The Lord promised us!
