The “Journey to Hope” Curriculum is an 8-week program designed to promote recovery and understanding for individuals living with a mental health diagnosis and their loved ones. This curriculum utilizes stories to engage participants in exploring the seven tenets of recovery. There are two versions of the booklet: one for the person with the diagnosis<\/strong> and another for their loved one<\/strong>.<\/div>

In this curriculum, both the person with the diagnosis and their loved one read the same story from their unique perspectives. After reading the story, they come together to discuss and answer questions related to the story and how it applies to their own lives.
