She holds a Ph.D. in leadership, emphasizing the leader\u2019s unique struggles that often cause people to replace relationships with good deeds and ritualized Christianity. Dr. Lisa is also board-certified with the International Board of Christian Care as a master mental health coach, is certified through the American Bible Society\u2019s Trauma Healing Institute as a group trauma trainer and facilitator, and lastly has specialized life coaching training in the areas of trauma, grief, and loss, renewed hope, and leadership through the American Association of Christian Counselors.<\/p><p>Besides running her coaching and consulting practice, Deeper Wells Life &amp;
