In 2019 she founded Caring for the Body, PLLC &#8211; Center for Functional Medicine. Her mission is to help people prevent and reverse chronic disease, build stress resilience, and create vibrant health. She teaches at the intersection of brain health, lifestyle medicine, and Christian spirituality.<\/p><p>Dr. Libert\u2019s ultimate goal is to point others toward Jesus, the Great Physician, and to share biblical wisdom that empowers us to live out our God-given purpose. Dr. Libert has several other passion projects. She is the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/thejoyprescription.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">thejoyprescription.com<\/a>, the Joy Prescription Podcast, and Soul Care virtual retreats.
