For decades she suppressed these emotions and battled with low self-worth, anxiety, and co-dependancy, which developed into unhealthy behaviors and habits. In spite of these challenging times, Heather experienced Miracles to help her insight and always diverted back to her Christian Faith. It wasn't until one last drastic event occured that caused Heather to reevaluate her life's decisions and commit to Emotional Healing and surrender completely to Jesus, in order to live peacefully, in the future. Heather has certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent/Child Interactive Therapy, and Hypnotherpy. She holds a B.A. in Communications, is a two-time Author - I Love to Live for Jesus, and I Love to Love, the CEO of a Personal Development Co - Walking in Peace, LLC and the Founder & Creator of Confidence Speaks - a Program for youth ages 12-16.
